North Peak Consultants (NPC) has 20 years successful experience managing civil, commercial, and residential construction projects as an Owner Representative and Project Manager. NPC services include contract creation, owner and architect coordination, GC coordination and oversight, critical review and enforcement of the schedule, estimating and cost analysis, cost management, billing review (Pay Apps), quality assurance and controls, and overall communication with the ownership group.

We will make recommendations on value engineering opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining the integrity of your building. NPC will provide financial analysis and breakdown costs for construction along with development fees that are associated with new construction projects. North Peak Consultants will review opportunities for tax incentives, federal grants or bonds offered by the municipal district. NPC has experience coordinating with metro districts and will provide owner representation in funding for infrastructure projects.

North Peak Consultants (NPC) has excellent experience working with municipalities across the Denver metropolitan area. Our experience includes reviewing plans that will be presented to local building departments and work with plan review and zoning to expedite the review process. North Peak Consultants will meet with your building department officials in order to push the process along to approval. NPC will coordinate with architects and contractors and provide our clients with design assistance and cost analysis. Our experienced consultants will look at constructibility of the project and identify overall risk for the developer or owner.

North Peak Consultants works with our clients to develop a customized development plan that will incorporate a feasibility study of the financial success of our clients' construction project. The feasibility study includes market analysis, economic analysis, estimates of construction / development costs, financial analysis, project planning and implementation, and cash flow analysis. NPC looks at many factors that will affect the total value of the project and will provide a critical analysis of market and economic conditions which can affect performance of commercial properties. Real Estate Developers can incorporate NPC’s Feasibility Study into their decision making process and will provide guidance for site selection and provide a best use analysis to assist our clients in achieving their goals.
